FAQ How do I book my Furniture Removal?Once you have decided to accept our quotation, the next step is to book your move. Simply contact us with your quote reference number and make sure you have the uplift and delivery address details ready. Can you assist with Car Transport also? Most certainly, please visit our VEHICLE TRANSPORT page to obtain your quote. How do I make payment? Payment can be made by cash or bank cheque at uplift of your furniture. Alternatively payment can be made by Direct Transfer to our Bank Account, or by credit card on the day of collection. Please note 3% surcharge is currently in place for payments by Master Card and Visa. There is no surcharge for the other payment methods. When is the best time to book my furniture removal? Whilst we can normally organise your move with only a few days notice, wherever possible we do suggest that as soon as you have decided on your removalist book your move. This then becomes one less thing to worry about and will enable the removalist to to make the required arrangements. How do I organise insurance for my furniture removal? Please check out our page on Moving Insurance I really need a quote today, what is the quickest way to receive a quote? By submitting an online Moving Quotes form, as this will provide us with all the information we need and this will ensure you receive your quotes as quickly as humanly possible. I am not sure how many boxes I will have as I am not moving for a few months? Try to guestimate by estimating a total for each room. Remember as you get closer to your move, you can always submit a new moving quote with the adjusted figures, and we can then finalise your moving quote. Do you insist on customers using removalist cartons, and boxes? Whilst we certainly do not insist that you use standard removal cartons, we do recommend that you use strong double thickness boxes for your move. Most Self storage & moving companies can supply you with all the packing materials you may need. We can also have these delivered to your door. How long will it take for my goods to arrive? Brisbane-Sydney-Brisbane 1 to 3 days. Sydney - Melbourne-Sydney 1 to 3 days Melbourne-Brisbane-Melbourne 3 to 5 days For moves to and from Perth, please allow approximately 10 days. Moves from the southern states to North Queensland approximately 10 days. For removals to and from other areas please contact us. Please realise that this is only a guide. A more accurate delivery schedule can be provided by either the driver at uplift of your furniture or by the office, the day prior to your move. If i have an inventory prepared by another company can i use that to send to you? Whilst we prefer that you use one of our many types of moving inventory, we are happy to base our moving quotes on any type of list or inventory. several different companies, and all at very competitive rates.
